Mr. Ajay Bakshi has over 23 years of Corporate experience in leading MNCs and Indian Corporations where he held Senior positions at a CXO level including Director HR and Board Director for Vodafone Global Services –India; Director HR for Prudential Global Services and Head –Talent Management for Prudential Plc (Europe and UK) based out of London.

    He has facilitated Workshops on HR Analytics at NHRD Pune and Tata Management Training Center Pune on HR Analytics. He has designed the

    Global Center of Excellence for HR analytics for Prudential Plc, which was later, transitioned to Knowledge Services in Prudential Plc.

    He is a certified administrator of Psychometric Instruments like DISC, MBTI, Hogan Inventory and OPQ32 and a certified Executive Coach from ICF-USA.

    2. Mr. G.K.K. Singh is an alumnus of IIT-Bombay and IIM-Kolkata and a well-known international trainer. He is director of Asian Institute of Quality Management with long work-experience in organizations like Johnson & Johnson – Mumbai, Baker Gauges – Pune and Data Systems Services, Pune.

    An ASCB (E) – UK approved faculty, Mr. Singh has trained more than 40,000 persons till date, in India and abroad, on a variety of subjects like TQM, Toyota Production System, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certification, Kaizen, Lean Management, TPM, Statistical Techniques and use of Minitab for Statistical Analysis.

    He has mentored over 3300 successful Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC / DFSS) projects and Lean Manufacturing / Lean Management projects till date including 1245 projects in Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE.
