Quality Policy

Asian Institute of Quality Management (Division of Vijigeeshu QMS Pvt. Ltd.) is committed to excellence through: Delivering the highest quality of education and training by innovating and achieving continual improvement in its standards and performance to provide high quality service to its internal and external customers at reasonable cost.

We reiterate that our management is committed to adhere to the requirements of the international standards ISO 21001:2018 EOMS and ISO 9001:2015 QMS.

In order to do this it is our policy to:
  • Improve and enhance the quality of the learner experience by monitoring, reviewing and continually improving the quality of our teaching, assessment and learning.
  • Set, monitor and develop standards and challenging targets for all areas of activity and benchmark performance at an international level.
  • Make arrangements for our delegates / students, to express openly their views on our services and take corrective actions in respect of the same.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures that enable us to evaluate our strengths and weaknesses and respond to improvement needs effectively.
  • Ensure that faculty are able to respond effectively to the challenges of self-assessment targets and continual improvement by investing in development of their skills of through Self-Study, Training and Continuing Professional Development Programmes.
