Training Methodology

AIQM specializes in providing highly productive, focused and cost-effective training. Participants are encouraged to apply their learnings at the workplace after the training and immediately show positive results, which benefits them personally as also the organization that they work for.

Our syllabus and course methodology is reviewed at regular intervals with active involvement of our Academic Council members who share the feedback received from delegates / students and ensure continual improvement.

Unlike traditionally taught OpEx courses, the methods, examples and case-studies used by our faculty are designed specifically to enable retention and user-friendly application to ensure proper understanding of the subject.

Training Methods:

AIQM Offers the Certification training courses in 4 learning modes

1. Physical Class Training (ILT)

2. Virtual Instructor-Led Training-VILT (Through Zoom/MS Teams Platform)

3. Blended Learning

4. E-Learning Recorded lectures for Self-paced learning.

1. Physical Class Training (ILT)

This traditional mode involves a physical classroom setting where an instructor delivers the training content to a group of learners. This Instructor Led Training (ILT) allows for real-time interaction, immediate feedback, and the opportunity for group discussions and collaboration.

2. Virtual Instructor-Led Training-VILT (Through Zoom / MS Teams Platform)

VILT takes the ILT format but is conducted remotely using video conferencing or online platform like Zoom/MS Teams.
VILT provides the benefits of real-time instruction and interaction while eliminating the need for travel.

3. Blended Learning (Training +Project Mentoring)

Blended learning combines multiple modes of training to create a comprehensive learning experience. It often combines elements of ILT, VILT, and e-learning. Participants can complete online modules or pre-recorded lectures before attending an ILT or VILT session for further discussions and hands-on activities. This method is also used as combination for physical training and Virtual mentoring of projects after the training.

4. E-Learning Recorded lecture programs (Self-paced)

E-Learning refers to self-paced online courses that participants can access at their convenience. These courses are generally hosted on learning management systems (LMS) and can include multimedia elements like videos, quizzes, and assessments. E-Learning allows learners to progress through the material at their own pace.
