Description:

A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified professional will be a previously certified Green Belt and be capable to apply the following LSS approaches: demonstrate team leadership, understand team dynamics, manage and motivate team members, adopt innovative solutions, use advanced statistical tools like Confidence intervals, Hypothesis testing, ANOVA, DOE, Regression analysis, using Excel and Minitab, and DFSS (DMADV) tools like QFD, Pugh Matrix, CT Matrix. In order to effectively lead a team, a Black Belt must be likeable, get along with people, have good influencing skills, and motivate others.

The course disgined for busy working professionals and delivered through E-Learning mode. Professionals/Candidates refer to the lectures as per the convinience time. The Lectures are available on LMS account and can be accessed N number of times.

The course is delivered through zoom Virtual Live Class leading to online examination (MCQ Pattern). The certificate is issued based on result of online exam. The examination is for 100 marks and passing marks are 50%.

As Black Belt involves 2 certification, the first will be issued based on online examination. Candidate has to implement a project to understand the process of implementation of the tools covered in the course. Our Master Black Belt experts will help and assist the candidates to complete LSS Black Belt Project. The final certification will be awarded to the candidates on submittion of declaration of the project completion.
