Why ISO 21001:2018 EOMS?

Why we have chosen to implement ISO 21001:2018 EOMS in addition to the ISO 9001 2015 QMS for our Institute's Management system:

ISO 9001:2015 is a generic standard for managing the QUALITY of processes and outputs in various types of manufacturing, services, trading and other businesses.

The ISO 21001:2018 is a NEW standard that specifies the requirements for an Educational Organization Management System (EOMS). It provides a framework for educational institutes to establish, implement,maintain, and continually improve their management systems, thereby enhancing their ability to deliver quality education and meet the needs & expectations of learners and other interested parties.
